Ian Garry and Sean Strickland‘s beef is far from over.  Garry has just dropped a fresh new video and in it, he has nothing but a warning for the middleweight champion. Will Garry move his weight divisions just to settle a beef with ‘Tarzan’?

Strickland may as well have been the start of the conflict. The middleweight champ sent down a tweet about Garry’s partner that did not land very softly with the young fighter. Soon, a threat to take legal action followed from Garry’s side but it looks like it hasn’t been enough.

Garry was not happy with the opinion of his partner that Strickland put out. Accusing her of being a “succubus” was probably not something Garry would appreciate. Initially, he sent out a DM to Strickland asking him to take the posts down but of course it backfired when the champion straight out refused. In fact, Strickland doubled his efforts by challenging Garry’s ego. Now, he has an answer.

“The more people talk, the harder I work,” said Garry. “I’ve got more people to prove wrong. It’s not fueling me. It’s p*ssing me off. Now we’ve got, I might have to win a middleweight world title before I win the welterweight.” The video was short and the message, as direct as it could get. Garry is currently facing his next challenge from Vincente Luque. The two will go head to head in a matchup at UFC 296 in the same arena as Leon Edwards and Colby Covington. So two welterweight bouts will take place within the same pay-per-view on December the 17th.
