“Please” – UFC Fans Beg Brandon Moreno to Reconsider His Decision as UFC Could Axe Him Before Championship Fight

The MMA world is in complete shock since the UFC released a statement related to James Krause. As per the statement, the fighters who either choose to get trained by him, or continue to train in his gym, would not be allowed to participate in UFC events. One of the more prominent fighters from his gym is the current flyweight title contender Brandon Moreno.

Although it sent shockwaves across the entire MMA community. Nonetheless, the most affected by this statement, apart from Krause, are the fighters who train at his gym.

Here’s what the Mexican did that led his fans to be concerned about his future in the UFC and his potential title fight.

Brandon Moreno comes out in support of James Krause

The Assassin baby‘ took to his social media and displayed his support for Krause. In an emotional, social media post, the Mexican fighter wrote, “waiting for justice.” Meanwhile, he posted a picture of them hugging in the locker room.

Moreover, the talking point was also the fact that just a few weeks ahead of his title fight against Deiveson Figueiredo, the former champ will have to switch camps. Thus, this could hamper his preparation. Here’s what a few of the concerned fans had to say.

A fan tried to explain the former champ. “He did what he’s being accused of, Brandon. It’s all a good time to return back home”

Meanwhile, another fan told Moreno that his coach was wrong. “Bro, what justice? He’s blatantly and obviously in the wrong”

Moreover, another fan tried to open his eyes. “If he’s betting against his fighters, he doesn’t care about them.”

Nonetheless, another fan had a suggestion for the Mexican fighter. “find a new coach please”

Meanwhile, another fan wrote, “You’re a champion, a future HOFer, better you don’t get mixed with stuff like this, find you a coach that gives you his 100.”

A fan had a warning stated. “Bro, chill before they kick u out too”

A fan was critical of the coach and said, “He bet against his own fighter with inside information about an injury.”

James Krause vs. The UFC: What happened?

On the 5th of November, the Featherweight fighter Darrick Minner fought Sha Yilan. Subsequently, post-match, the promotion was informed of a suspicious betting pattern being observed; as the strings began to untwist James Krause’s name came up. As fate would have it, Krause is also Minner’s coach. Following this, a full-fledged investigation has been ordered and on November 18th the Nevada State Athletic Commission canceled Krause’s license until the investigation is over. The UFC too released a statement regarding the same. The promotion has further released Minner from the organization and has asked all the other fighters to leave the gym or else they won’t be allowed to compete at the UFC events.
