Horrifying news came out of Turkey, Syria, and the surrounding regions, as it was reported that a devastating earthquake of 7.8 magnitude ended up killing thousands. As per the latest details, the death toll was believed to be around 2300 in Turkey and Syria. Naturally, this news came as a shock to the MMA world, and prayers and condolences have poured in from many of the sports personalities and fans as well. UFC welterweight Belal Muhammad too reacted to the heartbreaking news by sharing a post on his Instagram page. The fighter, just like everyone else, seemed to have been stunned by the news and reactions to the post too displayed the pain that people all over the world felt.

The 34-year-old shared an image of the earthquake which also mentioned that at least 1500 people were killed due to the calamity.

Fans of the welterweight also shared their prayers in the comment section, hoping for a speedy recovery for the injured and condolences for the people who lost their lives.
One fan prayed for the families that were affected by the earthquake.
