“Quit Biting People’s Ankles” – Henry Cejudo Trolls Hasbulla Magomedov

It looks like the decision to retire is having some big consequences for Henry Cejudo. Now that ‘Triple C’ wants to get back into the octagon, he hasn’t been getting the right opportunity to do so. ‘The Messenger’, who wants to win his third UFC belt, has been calling out UFC President Dana White and fighters in order to get a good fight opportunity.
He had called out Alexander Volkanovski for a title bout. Later on, he engaged in a Twitter war against Conor McGregor. However, his newest target is a surprising one. In a video Cejudo shared on Twitter, he was seen calling out Hasbulla Magomedov.

‘Triple C’ wrote in the caption, “Hasbulla it’s me Shaq… you are taking everything I worked for… quit biting people’s ankles and let’s do this… it’s 3C vs 3 ft2… it’s the king of cringe vs the king of crib… let’s fight for the cocomelon championship…When I beat you I’ll be ccc and a half @danawhite”.

In the video, Cejudo was not speaking in English. However, he also had subtitles for his English-speaking audience. By the end of the short video, he was seen calling out Hasbulla. The subtitles read, “Hasbulla, sign the contract. I’m gonna rip you apart.”
‘The Messenger’ calling out the Russian internet sensation while ‘coddling him’ like a baby wasn’t the only funny part. Cejudo had included several UFC references in his video. He had cushions with Volkanovski, Abdu Rozik, Hasbulla, and Dana White’s faces on them.
The pillow with White’s face also had a chalice with money in front of it. Plus, when Cejudo sat, he sat on the pillow with Volkanovski’s face.
How can Henry Cejudo get a fight?
While Cejudo’s video was hilarious, it does not look like his shots at Dana White and other fighters have been working. It would be interesting to see what Hasbulla has to say about this video.

In a few recent tweets, Jed I. Goodman shared what Cejudo needs to do to get a fight. This was reportedly according to what White said.

Dana White on Henry Cejudo: Like, you want the Volkanovski fight, what you don't do is…I mean you could, you could go online and start talking to Volkanovski and calling him names and doing all this stuff.

It seems as though ‘Triple C‘ will have to do that before getting involved in banter to build interest and sell any potential fight.
Dana: But what you'd really have to do is like pick up the phone and call & say 'Hey, what's the procedure I need to follow to get back into a fight? I want to unretire & when can I get back into the USADA pool? How fast? And what do I need to do?' That's how you get a fight.
