Conor McGregor is at it again, riling up the people even outside of the MMA cage. He was recently seen sporting his usual demeanor at the Day of Reckoning boxing event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. ‘The Notorious’ wanted nothing more than to chat up fellow guests about his UFC return. So what did he end up saying?

McGregor is ready to make a comeback. He can’t wait to get back into action. And with Cristiano Ronaldo sitting right next to him, he couldn’t contain his emotions. He spoke to another fellow guest about getting back in the cage and compared things with Manny Pacquiao. Here’s what he said.

McGregor was speaking to a guest when he mentioned Pacquiao. Will ‘The Notorious’ go back into the boxing ring to face the legend? He was heard saying that if Pacquiao makes weight in his class, he’s more than willing to take the offer. However, he wasn’t pleased with Dana White and how long he made him wait to get back in the cage.

“The lads here (in Saudi Arabia) are talking Manny,” McGregor said. “The UFC aren’t talking any . . . I was supposed to be back in April (2024). It was supposed to be December. . . I’m waiting. My patience is wearing thin.” He said in a conversation that was caught on camera.

Do you think McGregor could enter a ring before a cage? Pacquiao has recently lost $8 million in a lawsuit by Paradigm Sports, a sport agency that also represents McGregor. So if ‘The Notorious’ snubs Dana White of his UFC debut, will he go for boxing instead?

There is no one way to tell. He is supposed to go up in arms against Michael Chandler at UFC 300. However, with every passing day, the fighter gives out more and more hints on how he’s not going to fight Chandler at all and now, with his callout to one of the most powerful boxers of the era, it becomes even more dubious. Will he fight Chandler?

Michael Chandler wants to fight

It’s obvious now that Chandler has been waiting around for far too long. The two have been beefing since the days they coached for The Ultimate Fighter. And no fight has come off several face-offs and verbal spats. Now, the verbal assaults by McGregor have nearly died out and all he does is not even speak of the fight.

Meanwhile, Chandler has been waiting for the fight to happen and it looks like he can’t decide whether he should just move on and take another fight or wait for this ultimate showdown. If McGregor moves on with his boxing ambitions, Dana White won’t be able to give the fans what they want most. Would you prefer McGregor in boxing shorts instead? Let us know in the comments.
