The fight business is undeniably a tricky one, fraught with numerous challenges and uncertainties. Within the realm of mixed martial arts, epitomized by the UFC, the stakes are as high as they come. However, not every fighter can ascend to the pinnacle of success achieved by the likes of Conor McGregor, Jon Jones, or Ronda Rousey. While exceptional in their own right, many fighters find themselves far from the fortune amassed by this select group of elite athletes. Although Dana White has been successful in elevating the promotion to a mammoth of $2.4 billion in revenue, it appears that not all the fighters’ realities align with that accomplishment.

And owing to the extensively demanding nature of the sport, it becomes a rare occurrence for many to even have a chance at making it to the list of notable fighters. However, each fighter steps into the octagon knowing that, despite meticulous preparations, they are still subject to life-threatening risks and potential long-lasting physical damage.

Reflecting on this topic, the UFC Hall of Famer shared his thoughts, saying, “People always ask me do I want my children to do it. And I’m always like, ‘I don’t think so,’ If they want to do it, I’ll support them, you know what I mean? But it wouldn’t be my first choice,”

And it could just chew you up and spit you out on the other end. It’s such a f**king b**ch at times.”
