It is not at all an easy task to run a podcast and keep it entertaining enough to pull millions of viewers each month. UFC Icon, Joe Rogan has somehow figured out the secrets, as the expert comedian seems to have mastered the art of unfiltered conversation. In the past couple of months, Rogan came under serious fire by the main-stream media. However, business podcast host Patrick Bet-David believes it aids Rogan more than it damaged his image.

Did Joe Rogan benefit from the past month’s controversy?

Joe

Rogan picked up more followers because of the main-stream media, according to Patrick Bet-David. He stated that all the videos and the chatter about his show helped him grow tenfolds instead of hurting his image.

David also stated that the podcast host gained free publicist and such a media campaign would usually cost $300 million.

He said, “The mainstream media doesn’t even know it. They’re officially Joe Rogan’s best publicist and he has to pay them nothing. They are doing it for free. By the way, all this publicity that they’re doing for him, do you realize? If you were to put a dollar amount of how much the media is s**t talking to him, and making videos, saying stuff. How many billions of views it got joe, and if you put a dollar amount on it. I am gonna speculate what that dollar amount is if Joe was running for office, and wanted to buy this viewership. It’s probably gonna cost him $300 million, so mainstream media just bought him $300 million dollars of free publicity.”

The controversy has died out, and the world seems to have moved on from it completely. Since then, Rogan has roped in a list of amazing guests to his podcast which includes one of the biggest YouTubers in the world, MrBeast, Legendary mountaineer, Nims Purja, spiritual guru, Sadhguru, and more.

With no signs of stopping and a diverse list of guests, ‘JRE’ is still going strong.
