Rival Promotion to UFC Sees Ko So Scary That Fans Questions It’s Legality

MMA is presently one of the fastest growing sports in the world. As time passes, more and more MMA promotions emerge, and more competitors try to make it to major events like UFC and Bellator.

A video of an astounding knockout clip recently went viral online, and viewers hailed the devastating KO. During the battle, the opponent was back-slammed and knocked unconscious. The fight was called off after the stunning KO. The referee went in to assist and hoisted the fighter’s legs up to see whether he was conscious.

Fight fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts and question the legality of the astounding knockout which happened at the Hard Fighting Championship:-

One of the fight fans reacted, “That was a very scary KO. I’m not even sure that’s legal everywhere. Hope the dude is fine.”

Technically, if this was the UFC, the fight would be called off as well but it would have been an illegal move. This is because it is still a headbutt, which is not allowed in the fight rules.

Another fan wrote, “I hope that guy’s still alive. A 24-year-old boxer recently died shortly after his fight.”

Another fan reacted to the last two punches thrown while the fighter was on the ground. He wrote, “those strikes were thrown with a VENGEANCE.”

One fan wrote. “great move…but it’s a head butt, intentional or not.”

One of the users slammed the referee. He wrote, “Well done ref. The guy was clearly KO and he got smashed twice more.”

Mixed martial arts is indeed one of the highest levels of fighting. The UFC is the highest level of competition in the MMA world. Watch this clip of a kung fu master who goes by the name, Khai Tran taking on former UFC fighter Nam Phan.

The kung fu fighter began with a barrage of punches and fought bare-knuckled. The UFC fighter was patient and took the right opportunity to capitalize on the opening. In the end, the fight was called off after the kung fu practitioner was unable to stand after being hit in the head by Nam Phan.
