The UFC middleweight clash between Jack Hermansson and Sean Strickland did not live up to expectations, but ‘Tarzan’ clearly was the better fighter. However, UFC judge Sal D’Amato had something else in mind as he scored three rounds in favor of the ‘Joker’.

Hence, he is on MMA fans’ crosshairs, and they voiced their frustrations on Twitter.

“F***ing Sal D’Amato…. Wow. 🙄 #UFCVegas47,” a fan wrote on Twitter.

“Sal D’Amato is a blatant idiot 🤣 #UFCVegas47,” a fan called D’Amato an ‘idiot’ for his scorecard.

A fan called out the judge, “Sal D’Amato showing up every week on that bulls**t.”

“Nah Sal D’Amato. You gotta GOOOO,” a fan wanted D’Amato to leave.

“48-47 Hermansson is indefensible. C’mon Sal D’Amato. What was he watching?” fans were not having the incorrect result.

“The NSAC needs to fire Sal D’Amato right tf now. There’s no excuse for his terrible judging,” a fan wanted the judge to be ousted.

“Sal D’amato needs to be drug tested @ufc @danawhite,” a fan said.

Although D’Amato scored against Strickland, ‘Tarzan’ did enough to convince the other two judges and was able to clinch a split decision victory over Jack ‘Joker’ Hermansson.

Chris Daukaus wants the judge to be held accountable for wrong Sean Strickland fight scorecard

As many fighters in the past have said, former Philadelphia police officer and UFC heavyweight Chris Daukaus also wants action against judges who score wrong scorecards.

The ranked heavyweight took to Twitter to vent out his frustration against the bizarre scorecard that Sal D’Amato produced.

“So does Sal D’Amato have to report to anyone on why he scored it for Jack? Would be very interested to hear his reasoning for giving him that score on the cards. Judge accountability should be a thing. #UFCVegas47,” Daukaus tweeted.

A similar scorecard issue happened in December where Angela Hill won the fight in the eyes of many, but lost on the scorecards.
