Nate Diaz is all set to make his return to the Octagon at UFC 263 against Leon Edwards. Diaz is returning to action after more than a year- he last competed in the UFC back in 2019. Diaz faced Jorge Masvidal at the UFC 244 event and lost that fight via a 3rd round TKO.

Many people shared their views on Diaz’s fight, and Sean O’Malley was one of them. During a recent interview, ‘Sugar’ talked about the upcoming fight and what he thinks of it being a five-round fight.

“Yeah, I love how it’s five rounds too, like no one’s gonna get a five-round fight in the UFC unless it’s the main event or a title fight. Nate’s third on the fight, he’s right behind the co-mains still getting 5 rounds that just shows how gangster Nate is, he wants 5 rounds he gets 5 rounds.”

O’Malley also shared his views on what he thinks will happen in the fight, He said. “I don’t know how I see that fight going out, five-round definitely helps Nate. You know, a three-round fight I think Leon could take it. Maybe Nate drags him in the fourth, fifth, lock on a submission something, I don’t know.”

What to expect from the fight between Nate Diaz and Leon Edwards?

After suffering a loss against Masvidal, Diaz would look to get back to winning ways. However, it won’t be a straightforward task as ‘Rocky’ is coming into the fight on the back of 8 successive victories.
