“People are saying, ‘Yo, congrats. When does fight camp start?’ To be honest, I don’t know what the plan is. There’s nothing official on my side. I haven’t talked to the UFC specifically on who, when, and where.” His candidness highlights that while he’s prepared, the UFC matchup is still very much in limbo.

Nonetheless, Sean O’Malley made it clear that he enjoys the idea of fighting and is prepared to fight whenever the opportunity arises. “Song seems like a great next opponent, though. It makes sense. I like the matchup. It seems good. As far as a date goes, December, January, February, f—— November, I’m ready to go.” His words leave no question that if the UFC wants it, the fight may happen, and ‘Suga’ will be more than ready.
