Conor McGregor has never stopped teasing his return to the UFC. However, his recent pictures reveal that he has had some massive muscle gains in the past few months. Unquestionably, it raised doubts in the minds of the self-proclaimed experts.

Derek Cole, a self-proclaimed performance-enhancing drug expert, recently made claims that Conor McGregor was on steroids. The YouTuber commented that the ‘Notorious’ was either on sauce or his Instagram pictures were photoshopped.

Derek Cole thinks Conor McGregor is on PEDs

In the recent video on his YouTube channel, ‘More Plates More Dates’, Cole called Conor McGregor many names. Those included, “Freshly shaven, nearly unrecognizable, Boeing 747, latissimus dorsi, spread barn door back and half of a f**king human.” Furthermore, he compared McGregor’s appearance with Dorian Yates and the cartoon character Crimson Chin. He even claimed to find some resemblance in their faces. However, his concern regarding the fighter’s physique is shared by many.

Cole then pulled up one of McGregor’s Instagram pictures and was dumbstruck. He said, “The sauciest I’ve ever seen him look in my life, personally. Here he is, ‘Father Son work’. Like these quads, especially to me. Like again, this photo was almost suspiciously photoshopped, seemingly.”

The YouTuber connected the dots with McGregor being out of the USADA pool and his recovery from the brutal injury; along with the mass gain. He claimed that the fighter was almost certainly taking something. Then, he went on to talk about McGregor having to undergo 6 months of testing, with at least two good results.

Furthermore, Cole made a claim that the ‘Notorious’ was either on PEDs or he had the pictures photoshopped. He claimed, “Like this is almost to the point where I would think the picture is fake. Like, you know, that’s how juicy this guy looks. In this picture, the quad sweep… Especially with his f**ked up leg, too. These are impressive quads, to the point they’re suspect as hell and potentially even photoshopped. Either sauce or Photoshop.”

However, this isn’t the first time Cole targeted a UFC fighter. The YouTuber previously claimed that the former welterweight champion, Kamaru Usman, used performance-enhancing drugs. The claims, however, were baseless; Usman didn’t back down from calling Cole an “idiot”

During his appearance in Joe Rogan’s podcast, Usman addressed the rumors relating to PED usage. He said that he never really told his story to anyone. However, one day he saw people tagging him in Cole’s video. The fighter marked the YouTuber as an “idiot“. Finally, Usman revealed that people came up with the theory due to the 5 scars on his stomach. Nevertheless, the act was seemingly hurtful for the warrior.
