His take on McGregor’s physique made rounds on the internet. Recently, on JRE #1920 with Dave Portnoy, Rogan spoke about the controversial James Krause incident and his take on gambling. Rogan may have turned some heads owing to his statements.

Talking on the subject of gambling, which James Krause was accused of, the controversial UFC commentator, said that the UFC has stopped him from placing bets online. He said “I think the UFC recently because of the James Krause thing. James Krause was a manager who was managing and training a fighter who was accused of telling people about an injury that could affect the outcome of a fight.”

Further continuing on the subject, Rogan mentioned, “And I don’t know if it’s true. I don’t know what the evidence is for the allegations. But I know it’s serious enough for investigating it. And it’s serious enough for his fighters to not allow them to compete in the UFC anymore. So it’s a really big deal…” While a good deal might accuse Rogan to be taking sides, that certainly was not the case.

The 55-year-old also talked about the gym that was under investigation and how the whole scandal caused a lot of trouble for the people who weren’t involved in anything but just training there. “I am friends with people that just train at the UFC that train at his gym that work at the UFC have to find a new gym… I’m like Woah! You just train here. It’s a gym filled with fighters. You aren’t even allowed to train there anymore. Or they feel that they aren’t allowed to train there anymore.” Said the UFC commentator. Brandon Moreno is probably the biggest name associated with James Krause.

In a conversation with Dave Partnoy, Rogan spoke about the topic of gambling. The JRE host said, “You can do whatever you want. And that gets scary. That gets wild.”

To which Dave Partnoy replied, “Yeah to a degree… It’s crazy we are regulated… The best thing that could happen is we became a gambling company or associated because I can’t be as unhinged or I can’t go after people in the manner I would like to. I have to stay away from most parts.”

The former Fear Factor host also shared his experience in gambling. He said “I like gambling…. I don’t gamble much.”Furthermore, he added, “I mean, I used to gamble a lot on fights. I used to bet on fights.”
