David Shaw also provided some important updates about the direction UFC is aiming at for its international run in the coming years.
UFC plans for an International return
The promotion has been rocking the year 2022, with one spectacle after the other. Singapore show put on an all-time classic event which would gather more interest among the new fans from the region.
Shaw gave significant leads about the promotion’s roadmap for the next few years. A prominent name in MMA media, Aaron Bronsteter, gave the pointers about Shaw’s UFC 275 post-fight interview.
He says that they usually have March, July, October and December earmarked for Vegas and November at MSG, so it's difficult to find dates at specific venues on the weekends that fit those parameters.

Thus, the UFC has Thailand, Brazil, Germany, Scandinavia, and eventually Africa in plans to host a live UFC event. Besides, they will bring the ‘Road to UFC’ series to some specific part of the world, as they did this time for thirty-two Asian athletes.
A live event with the crowd is better than the empty arena
In 2020, the promotion had to host shows with fans in attendance. Though they did a wonderful job of keeping the events going with no fans, the vibe of a fully-packed arena is something magical.
