Joe Rogan and Spotify came under heavy fire because of a few controversial podcast episodes. Twitter users react to Simpsons reigniting the controversy involving Joe Rogan
It was not something that the world really needed to see, and it isn’t even the first time Simpsons has featured an episode on this matter. The entire controversy died last month, and the episode felt like it was ill-timed.
The UFC icon Joe Rogan wasn’t banned from Spotify and got featured in Simpsons. This fan calls it a massive win for the comedian.
What woke media thinks will happen: That’ll teach evil conservative @joerogan to mess with us. 😈
What Joe will actually do: I MADE IT ON THE F***ING SIMPSONS, AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! https://t.co/BjtufjOumU pic.twitter.com/GLPyeV54I5

The Simpsons creators are past their prime, and this last episode highlighted that problem says this fan.
Simpsons are doing an episode where Homer gets cancelled and meets Joe Rogan ffs they're so washed pic.twitter.com/CF6iktuxnn

Inconsistency in stating facts can hamper a satirical comedy show like this, something creators clearly overlooked. It failed to deliver the message it was intended to deliver, and now it only serves as a failed attempt.
The guy doesn't even look like Joe Rogan nor is Joe Rogan even right wing.
The message of mob mentality and someone who did nothing wrong being publicly shamed is actually a decent one, but like most of modern Simpsons the writers dropped the ball. https://t.co/hFnhp3Pdun

One fan re-iterated that the showrunners have already pulled off this idea, and it was done in a much better fashion back in the 90s. It looks like the Simpsons have really dropped the ball on this one.
The Simpsons actually did a much better cancel culture episode decades ago. Watch "Homer Badman". The Simpsons was a great show, but it should have ended years ago. Futurama should have stayed on.#TheSimpsons #JoeRoganExperience #CancelCulturehttps://t.co/pUqUWJwLSO

The show is about to complete its third decade and it seems like it will go on forever. This fan believes, the producers should have quit when they were ahead instead of milking the show for such a long time.
Apparently Homer is to be cancelled in an upcoming Simpsons – featuring a cameo by Joe Rogan.
How about just cancelling the whole show at this point?

Meanwhile, this fan thoroughly enjoyed the episode and loved every bit of it. It looks like the show still has a lot to offer for some portion of the community and as long it provides humor, it can keep itself afloat.

Homer Simpson meeting Joe Rogan is something I’d expect from a coked up Nick Mullen, not a multi billion dollar cooperation, hilarious stuff

The episode merely tried to deliver a satirical take on the whole controversy, but sadly, it was aired quite late than fans truly expected. The episode could have received a completely different reaction if it was only aired a month early.
