‘Sold Out in Seconds!’- Dana White Says Tickets for Conor McGregor vs Dustin Poirier 3 Are All Filled Up

Dana White had recently talked about how UFC was coming back to Vegas. The UFC president said that UFC 264 was going to take place at the T Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
However, the biggest piece of news that White gave was that a live audience will be present at the stadium and that too, at full capacity.

Now, just days after that news, Dana White took to Twitter and announced that they have sold all the tickets for the event. White wrote “Booooooom!!!!… See you in Vegas” and along with it posted a picture that said “Sold out in seconds 20,800 Fans in Las Vegas”

Last year was a weird one as because of the pandemic, everything had come to a halt. Everything was affected because of Covid-19, and UFC was no different. However, as most sports faced losses because of the pandemic, the UFC not only dealt with it but thrived in the pandemic.

Now, though, the UFC has again done something great by allowing fans to be present at UFC 264. And seeing the ticket sales, we can say that the fans have responded with great enthusiasm.

What to expect from the UFC 264 event?

UFC 264 promises to be a great one, as there are some brilliant matches lined up for the night. The event has a match scheduled between Gilbert Burns and Stephen Thompson, which is going to be vital for the welterweight division.

The event will also feature a fight between Jennifer Maia and Jessica Eye, and a heavyweight fight between Tai Tuivasa and Greg Hardy. Although the biggest event of the night is certainly going to be the main event.

The main event fight is going to be the much-anticipated fight between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier. Poirier and McGregor have a storied rivalry that started back in 2014. The fighters competed at UFC 178, and Conor McGregor won that fight via a first-round TKO.

The rematch between the two fighters happened 7 years later at UFC 257 on January 24, 2021. This time around, Poirier won the fight via TKO. With the score settled at 1-1 fans were eagerly waiting for the third fight. Now the third fight will take place at UFC 264 and that too in the presence of more than 20,000 live fans.

They always set UFC 264 to be a big event and now with a whole stadium full of live audiences. The event is all set to be a treat for fans around the globe.
