The unbeaten Irish Prodigy, Ian Garry, had his win over Darian Weeks at UFC 273. Garry relates himself with UFC star Conor McGregor and has gained the attention of former Flyweight Champion and Bantamweight Champion Henry Cejudo.

Cejudo said in his recent video, “He’s so desperate to be famous dude I like the kid I’m sure he’s a great kid but he’s so desperate to be famous that he’s forgetting like the objective of really becoming a World champion like stop talking about Conor.”

“The only reason I talk about Conor I’m trying to make money but I’m not freaking you know blowing all kinds of smoke of Conor’s rear you know what I’m saying, so you know you have a lot of talent due but humble yourself, man.”

“I mean, that’s genuine advice from Triple C because you know you’re undefeated. I was there before when I was like man you know I was doing my thing. I was lot more calmer back then, but still, there’s lot of work to be done,” Cejudo added.

‘Triple C’ has praised Garry for his skill but advises him to be humble despite his undefeated winning streak. Pointing out how Cejudo was confident at first when he was undefeated and how things changed after that.

He notably mentioned that he wanted him to stop talking about McGregor every time he made his appearance.

After his win in UFC 273, he asked Dana White to put him on the same card as McGregor in his next fight. ‘The Future’ made his MMA career after being inspired by his country’s UFC superstar, McGregor.

He has revealed his eagerness to create history by becoming the first three-division champion in the UFC.
