Max Holloway is certainly amongst the best boxers in the UFC. A claim that ‘Blessed’ himself made when he faced Calvin Kattar at the UFC on ABC 1 event. Holloway entertained everyone as he talked to the commentary team while dodging Kattar’s punches and said, ‘I’m the best boxer in the UFC.’
And now it looks like the fighter is not backing down from those claims. As he recently got involved in a Twitter banter between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier.

McGregor and Poirier will face each other at the UFC 264 event and ever since this fight was announced both fighters have been taking digs at each other. This will be the third fight between the fighters, they last fought back at UFC 257 where Poirier won via a second-round KO.
After that victory, ‘The Diamond’ dismissed Holloway’s claims of being the best boxer in the UFC as he has defeated ‘Blessed’ twice. Therefore, Poirier believes he is the next boxer in the UFC. As expected, this did not go down well with McGregor, and he responded to the same.
He wrote, “Best boxer, my ass! Shooting ass, Shelling ass bitch.” While McGregor’s diss was towards Poirier, Holloway was the one who was quick to respond. Holloway replied to McGregor’s tweet with, “Sup bro, you rang?”
