Recently, Masvidal appeared on the ‘George Janko’ YouTube podcast and took another jibe at his bosom friend turned bitter rival, Covington.

Most UFC fans might know that Masvidal’s rival and the former UFC Interim Welterweight champ, Colby Covington had often proclaimed himself as the former US president, Donald Trump’s favorite fighter. Further, Covington also started dressing up with pro-Trump attires like the ‘MAGA’ hat.

But at his recent ‘George Janko’ podcast appearance, Masvidal fired at ‘Chaos’ stating he was actually Donald Trump’s favorite fighter. The host of the podcast was bewildered by Masvidal’s words. But ‘Gamebred’ fired at him as well, stating, You don’t research me?”. Further, he also intended to provide proof of his words about his closeness with the ex-US President.

Masvidal stated, Put Jorge Masvidal with Trump on your Google phone and see how many pictures of me you see with that boy”. After this, ‘Gamebred’ actually spoke out the words. He said, “I’m his favorite fighter bro. You didn’t know that?”.

The ‘former ‘BMF’ of UFC’ gave one more instance to support his claim. He mentioned, He’s been in two of my fights. He’s never been to anybody else’s fights. How about that?”

Most fans might agree that the title of ‘Donald Trump’s favorite fighter’ was one that Covington really took pride in. At one instance, he had also received a call from Trump himself amid an interview with Megan Olivi.
