The stakes of UFC 303 beating the UFC 299 record might be high, considering McGregor will be making a return to the octagon after almost three years, with his last match coming in 2021 against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. Michael Chandler has waited long for this bout to turn into a reality and thus it should not come as a surprise that he has a more ambitious vision for the event as compared to Javier Mandez.

The former Bellator Lightweight Champion has publicly stated his intention to shatter the PPV record set by Mcgregor’s fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov.
