The YouTubers Logan Paul and Jake Paul have taken the world of combat sports by storm. After Jake Paul beat Ben Askren in a boxing fight in April, the UFC has gotten involved as well.
So much so that the UFC Welterweight champion of the world, Kamaru Usman, has entertained the possibility of fighting any of the Paul brothers in a boxing match.
Usman appeared in an interview with CBS Sports HQ and talked about a potential fight with them. “That would be a fun one,” was his reply.

Usman then appreciated the way that the Paul brothers have capitalized on the fans’ love for entertainment in trying times. He said that the world is going through this global pandemic and an economically poor time. People turn to entertainment, and the Paul brothers have offered them a boatload of the same.
“These guys, here they come at the perfect time, here to entertain. Bunch of YouTubers that are now pretending to be fighters, so it’s a spectacle.
“People wanna tune in, people wanna pay attention, and I commend them for that,” Usman added, appreciating the YouTubers again.
However, he showed his disdain for their actions and said that he would be the one to show them the reality. “But for them to try to portray the fact that they are actual, real fighters is kinda disturbing.
“And it would take somebody like myself to really step in there and show them that there’s a difference between entertainment and actually being the best fighter in the world,” he concluded.
Kamaru Usman and his last title defense against Jorge Masvidal
Away from the world of hypotheticals, Usman has been absolutely dominant in the UFC. He is yet to lose a fight in the organization and displayed his all-round game in his last fight against Jorge Masvidal.

This was their second fight, and while the first one was a wrestling match between the two, this one was largely fought on the feet.

Although Usman is a maestro on the mats, he did better in the second edition of their fight as he knocked Masvidal out to silence all of his critics. He is already on the hunt for his next fight, and Colby Covington is a possible contender.
