Joe Rogan, the UFC color commentator, once lauded his wife while sharing valuable relationship advice on one episode #300 of the famous Lex Fridman podcast.

The veteran commentator has a global fan following because of his work in the UFC and the widely heard podcast show ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ on Spotify. In spite of the fame, Rogan keeps his private life under wraps for all good reasons.

However, it is known that the MMA enthusiast is married to Jessica Ditzel, a former cocktail waitress for over fourteen years now. The UFC analyst is all complimentary about his wife. Rogan describes her as dedicated, hardworking, and one of the nicest people in his life.

“My advice about relationships… Find someone who you can grow with. Right? You don’t wanna be with someone that doesn’t share your values. You don’t wanna be with someone who makes excuses, you don’t wanna be with someone who’s lazy…” Rogan said. 

“You wanna be with someone who’s like genuinely kind. That’s one of the things that I really love about my wife… She is a dedicated discipline person. She is also really nice. That’s one of the things I like the most about her…” Rogan added. 

“That is the kind of people you can have in your life as friends and as coworkers. And as lovers and wives and husbands… And when you find those people, your life is better. Like, to have a good tribe is really important,” Rogan concluded.

The MMA fanatic and practitioner tied knots with Jessica Ditzel in 2009. Rogan has always talked about living in a house full of women as the couple has three daughters.

Ditzel completed her schooling at the Doherty High School, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Later, she earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University. Initially, Rogan’s wife had done multiple jobs, including a cocktail bar waitress, to earn a living.

Later, Ditzel took jobs with a vehicle-based corporation as an account executive and managing assistant. She also had a job with Volvo Motorsports as a product analyst. Rogan’s wife has worked as a model on occasion. She reportedly has modeling contracts with M Model Management and a Korean company called Wholesome.
