After dominating the featherweight division, Zabit Magomedsharipov announced his retirement from the sport in 2022. While many fans still wonder why the 32-year-old announced his retirement at the peak of his career, Magomedsharipov seems to be enjoying his post-retirement life. A recent Instagram post by Espnmma and Sportscenter gave the fans a glimpse of their favorite fighter.

Magomedsharipov retired from the sport at just 31 years of age and was in his prime. Before retiring from the sport, he boasted a record of 6-0 and was even considered by many as the best featherweight in the division. However, ” ZaBeast” was out of action long ago and fought last in 2019. While many believed he would return, the Russian shocked the world by announcing his retirement.

However, Kattar is not the only fighter whom he defeated. ” ZaBeast” boasts a record of 18-1-0 in the UFC and featured in some of the best fights inside the Octagon.
