The forthcoming Khabib Gym is set to be a haven for martial arts enthusiasts, featuring a unique MMA cage and catering to various disciplines. The gym will boast a spacious matted area dedicated to grappling sports like Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling.

Additionally, a separate studio will cater to striking-based sports such as Muay Thai, boxing, and kickboxing.
