Are aliens here? Well, that is what Conor McGregor seems to believe after there were multiple reports of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) over the night sky in America over the past couple of nights. While many have tried to come up with more non-extra-terrestrial explanations, ‘Mac’ is seemingly convinced we may be on the cusp of making first contact with visitors from another world.

“Pretty cool to see ufo’s rocking around freely now. Kang and Kodos shortly, The Simpsons predicted it. The lads were alright. #Kang #Kodos,” McGregor tweeted along with a picture of Kang and Kodos, the aliens from ‘The Simpsons’.

Of course, many suspect the Irishman was kidding here, but he clearly wasn’t joking in another recent tweet where he took a page out of Donald Trump‘s playbook and trashed the mainstream media. Almost certainly because of their coverage and criticism of his recent civil suit against Nikita Hand, which he lost, and is paying a steep financial cost overall. MMA analyst and former UFC star, Josh Thomson estimates the amount ‘Mac’ has lost in brand deals, sponsorships, and such to be around $100 million, and that certainly would justify the Irishman’s saltiness at the legacy media.

“Mainstream media = a**ewipes,” ‘Mac’ quote tweeted a post that criticized Irish actor Paul Mescal’s recent appearance on ‘Saturday Night Live’. Of course, McGregor running his mouth and entertaining fans is nothing new, but the one question most fans have is about the Irishman’s future.

Dana White hints at Conor McGregor’s uncertain UFC future

Conor McGregor’s lawsuit has not had any impact on his UFC future. Or at least that is what UFC CEO Dana White claimed at the post-UFC 310 presser last week. “He hasn’t been fighting here in how long? If he does fight, it will be sometime next year,” White told reporters, which is what the UFC CEO has been saying since before the McGregor lawsuit.

While White has no issues with ‘Mac’ fighting in the UFC again, his statement makes it seem like the head honcho isn’t convinced that the Irishman wants to be back. After all, the Las Vegas resident said ‘IF’ he does fight, not ‘WHEN’ he does fight. Of course, there are very good reasons for the Dubliner not to want to fight again, the main one being money.

Already the wealthiest mixed martial artist in the history of the sport, McGregor doesn’t need to punish himself with training camps, cutting weight, and getting punched in the mouth. But, the civil suit has perhaps changed things. Now, McGregor is not quite as well off as he was before, and needs to redeem himself at least in his own fans’ eyes.
