Paddy Pimblett is the newest talent on board with UFC and he is already creating an impact. He has given rise to a storm on social media. While his fans are tolerant of it, social media platforms have rules and hence, cannot be receptive to certain things the young fighter says.

Several fighters have opposed Pimblett’s statements, as they found them offensive. Guram Kutateladze, for example, had condemned Pimblett’s problematic statement on Georgians. Now, the fighter’s social media seems to be in trouble. Pimblett’s Twitter account got suspended for violating guidelines.

However, this is not the first time his social media account got suspended. Just months ago, his Instagram account was in hot soup and was temporarily suspended. While he got his Instagram account back, he might not get his Twitter account back.

Paddy Pimblett takes a dig at Twitter

Pimblett posted on Instagram that his Twitter account got suspended. He seemed frustrated and took a dig at the platform. He wrote, “Now @twitter is a Lizard”.

Pimblett posted again a few days later about his account’s status. He wrote, “Looks like I’ll be making a new twitter tonight ppl, the worlds full of snowflakes ya can’t even give it back to trolls now a days but they can say what they want”.

He plans to make a new account because his old Twitter account won’t be restored. However, it would be interesting to see if his social media tactics change in order to retain his accounts for a long time.
