The saga began when UFC President Dana White compared Paddy Pimblett’s vibe to that of Conor McGregor. White said, “He’s got that Conor McGregor vibe. When he walks, when he’s in the arena. The way that the fans receive him. The way that the media covers him.

However, Terrance McKinney, the record holder for the fastest knockout in the lightweight division, disagreed with White. In the comment section of a post, McKinney wrote, “That boy dana reachin lmao let’s see if he can do that in the us than we’ll talk about Connor vibes 🤷‍♂️

This isn’t the first time McKinney has taken a dig at Paddy Pimblett. The 155-pound fighter has claimed that he would knock out The Baddy if they ever competed.

Terrance McKinney made a bold statement about Paddy Pimblett

UFC fighter Terrance McKinney rose to fame after he secured the fastest finish in UFC lightweight history. Since then, the fighter has faced mixed results. However, McKinney once claimed that if he and Pimblett were to meet in the center of the octagon, The Baddy would get knocked out.

In an interview, McKinney shared his thoughts on Paddy Pimblett. The 155-pound fighter mentioned that while The Baddy was a good grappler, the same couldn’t be said about his striking. McKinney said, “If me and Paddy fight I’mma knock him out. The dude’s a good grappler but I don’t think he’s very good at striking.”

‘T. Wrecks’ also highlighted some weaknesses Pimblett has, and mentioned he could knock anyone out. McKinney said, “He keeps his chin up, his kicks are lazy. And I honestly feel like I’ll knock any of these guys out, I’m not gonna lie to you.”
