Hasbulla Magomedov is one of the most popular people in the world right now. The internet sensation started getting attention for his videos with Abdu Rozik, in which they got into a scuffle. However, Magomedov is a big name among the fight fans as well. The Russian was at the UFC 267 event and was supporting Islam Makhachev and other members of Khabib Nurmagomedov’s team.

Magomedov was recently invited as a guest at one of Eagle FC’s events. In a recent interview, he was asked about his relationship with Nurmagomedov’s team and if he trains with them. He said, “They are my brothers. That’s why you see us together. Yes, sometimes I train, go to the gym. But not often. Maybe once a month.”

“I know Islam (Makhachev) for a long time. Very long time. We weren’t close friends but we’ve known each other for about 10 years. Yes, he’s my neighbor,” he added.

Just a few days before the event took place, Hasbulla, in a video message, said that he would be there in Abu Dhabi. In the video, he said, “Dana White, I’m coming to UFC Abu Dhabi. See you and be ready.” 

Dana White responded to the message and said he was looking forward to the meeting. This got not just the fight fans but other public also talking about the event. At the event, he was seen clicking pictures with the likes of Daniel Cormier and other big names in the sport. He even got to side at the octagon side and see the action from close.

He was out there supporting fighters from Khabib Nurmagomedov’s team. After the fight between Islam Makhachev and Dan Hooker, which the Russian won easily, Hasbulla entered the octagon. He was seen celebrating with Islam and Khabib inside the octagon. The former UFC lightweight champion, Nurmagomedov, even put him on top of his shoulders and took him to Hooker. Both of them paid their respects to ‘The Hangman’ after his defeat.

There were also reports of Dana White buying the rights to the fight between Hasbulla Magomedov and Abdu Rozik. However, Magomedov has denied any such claims.
