The UFC commentator Joe Rogan has often talked about the weight-cutting process done by fighters before their bouts. Rogan is someone who strongly believes that fighters should fight at their natural weight. According to Rogan, fighting at their natural weight is a great practice for a number of reasons. The 55-year-old feels that fighters dehydrating themselves before weigh-in is a risky practice as it puts their lives in serious danger. This method is also a great disadvantage to the opponent, who is fighting at their natural weight.
