Rogan talks about the end of comedy

In episode #1984 of the JRE, Rogan and fellow comedian Brian Redban had a conversation about the growth in technology. The topic soon traveled toward the time when technology would end the era of comedy. Rogan said that people like him grew up without the internet and had it during adulthood. The generation that followed had the internet from the very beginning and will have something else during their adulthood. He opined that there would be a time when all humans would turn into cyborgs.

Rogan continued that it would be the time when comedy would come to an end. He claimed that there would be no fun and no entertainment. He said, “That’s where comedy is going to die. That’s where fun’s going to die. No more entertainment. Everyone’s just locked into the matrix.”
