It’s a rarity that Conor McGregor uploads something on his social media and it doesn’t turn into a subject of discussion for the public. 

Recently, ‘The Notorious’ took to his Instagram to upload a video of him flexing his body. In the video, we can see the Irishman grunting while posing in front of a mirror and the camera simultaneously.

In the uploaded piece, what’s worth noticing was the amount of muscle McGregor has put on. It’s difficult to look at the post and think that the former double champ once competed at featherweight.

Fans all around took a notice of McGregor’s video and jumped into the comment section to share their hilarious thoughts on the post.

Is McGregor to return soon?

Of late, Conor McGregor has also shared a few videos of his sparring and shadow boxing footage, furthermore getting the fans excited about his return. 

He was practicing kicking drills on the pads in one of his recent viral videos, thus dropping hints that his leg was also inching close to full recovery.

However, with so much muscle packed on, fans would be intrigued to see which weight division will the Irishman chooses for his return. He has shown interest in fighting for nothing but gold, be it the lightweight belt or the welterweight.

Although many speculations surround the former double champ, there is no official statement that’s been made. McGregor’s manager, however, has stated that the team is sighting a return in 2023.

Former lightweight champion, Charles Oliveira, has also displayed his desire to fight Conor McGregor for the belt. Even the fifth rank UFC lightweight and former Bellator lightweight champion, Michael Chandler, has called out ‘The Notorious’ on several occasions.

Fans can’t wait for McGregor to announce his return. With so many hints and speculations, the intrigue amongst his followers is growing sky high. Nonetheless, what the future beholds for them, only time will tell.
