The UFC has made its way back to the Apex Facility in Vegas after a five-week-long stint on Fight Island. The leading MMA promotion will be looking to end their calendar year with a powerful statement and continue their success. UFC 256 has two marquee title fights and has several compelling match-ups added onto its ranks.

UFC 256: Billy Quarantillo vs Gavin Tucker

Billy Quarantillo is on an eight-fight career win streak and has three straight wins in the UFC ever since his Dana White’s Contender Series appearance. He finished Kyle Nelson in seven seconds of the third round of their fight on his last outing. The 31-year-old has looked increasingly impressive throughout his career thus far and will be keen to elevate his position.

Billy has tremendous power in both his hands and is extremely dangerous, even if the fight hits the canvas. He has been high on Dana White’s radar ever since he earned a KO in front of the UFC boss.

Gavin Tucker has bounced back from his first career loss and is now riding a two-fight winning streak. He last fought at UFC on August 8, 2020, and won the match-up against Justin Jaynes via RNC submission in the third round. The Canadian fighter has an exciting fighting style and can easily break-out in the division with a statement win.

The featherweight division is being spearheaded by Alexander Volkanovski, who’s made his mark thus far. He’s held the division to a high standard after scalping back-to-back wins over divisional great Max Holloway.
