The UFC 264 event is all set to be one of the biggest MMA events of the year. The Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier trilogy fight will headline this event. Therefore fans are eagerly waiting to see who wins the fight and claim the trilogy. Apart from this fight a plethora of great fighters like Stephen Thompson, Sean O’Malley, and Gilbert Burns will also compete at the event.

UFC 264 is scheduled to be one of the most anticipated UFC events of the year. And with Conor McGregor competing at the main event of UFC 264, the event is certainly going to be very profitable for the UFC. The first proof of that came as soon as the tickets for the event went online. The 20,800 tickets that went online were literally sold out in seconds.

UFC President Dana White had taken to Twitter, to brag about the same. He wrote, “BOOOOOOM!!!!!!!! See you in Vegas” and uploaded a picture of the same.

The UFC tickets cost anywhere from $1000 to $10,000 with some tickets priced even above that. Therefore, the UFC will make anything close to $41,600,000 from average ticket sales alone.

Recently during an interview, UFC President Dana White had also talked about how this event will claim the record for the biggest PPV in UFC history. White had talked about how UFC 264 has had more PPV pre-buys than any other event in UFC history.

White even warned fans to not wait till the last moment as over 2-3 million people will try to buy the PPV at that time.

How much money will Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier make at UFC 264?

Conor McGregor will make at least $20 million despite the result of the fight. While the fight purse has yet not been disclosed, ‘Notorious’ will expect to make the same amount of money as he did for the UFC 257 fight with ‘The Diamond.’

And with crowds returning to the T-Mobile Arena after more than a year and White’s claims that the PPV sales may top two million. We can expect McGregor to make anything between $25 to $30 million. Poirier however will earn much less, but will still expect to make more than the guaranteed $1 million he made for their previous fight.

The UFC 264 event is so anticipated that even the fight night bonuses have increased from $50,000 to $75,000. UFC fighter Sean O’Malley was the first to disclose this information. He tweeted, “75k bonuses tomorrow night.”

Usually, four fighters will be given the Fight of the Night bonus, and two fighters will get the Performance of the Night bonus.

The UFC 264 event promises to be the most successful event in UFC history and every fighter competing in the event will make good money.
