The main event is yet to be decided. However, there are talks about a potential rematch for the UFC middleweight title between Israel Adesanya and Robert Whittaker. ‘The Last Stylebender‘ defeated Whittaker in spectacular fashion back at UFC 243 in October 2019 to claim the title.
A few of the announced bouts for the event include a women’s flyweight fight between MMA pioneer Roxanne Modafferi and Casey O’Neill. This will be Modafferi’s retirement bout. There is an exciting lightweight fight between Renato Moicano and Alexander Hernandez. However, the UFC will look to finalize a main event for the card soon, to create a buzz about it.

Eugene Bareman, the coach of Israel Adesanya recently talked about whether the fight was happening or not. In an interview with Submission Radio, he said, “Rob and his people, his wonderful manager, can’t secure this fight. And they’re panicking, so they put out these stupid tweets. Relax boys, just train. That’s all we’re doing, that’s all we do. We just put our heads down and train. You guys do the same. Let us handle the business because you guys are incapable. That management team is incapable.”
