UFC is back with another huge pay-per-view event for the fight fans. UFC 275 will take place this Saturday, 12th June in Singapore. This is the fifth pay-per-view event of the year and the fight card reflects some amazing bouts.

An intriguing light heavyweight title fight between one of the oldest UFC champion Glover Teixeira and challenger Jiri Prochazka will headline the event. In the co-main event of the PPV, the UFC women’s flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko will return to defend her title against the Brazilian challenger Taila Santos.

Apart from the two title fights, one non-title fight will also be a highlight of the event. Two former women’s strawweight champions Joanna Jędrzejczyk and Zhang Weili will clash against each other 0n the main card of the event. 

Ahead of this big event, here’s everything you need to know about the timings, venue, purses, and fight card.

Timings and venue for the pay-per-view

UFC 275 will take place inside the Singapore Indoor Stadium, Singapore, on 12th June in Southeast Asia and on 11th June in the US. It is the first ever pay-per-view hosted by the UFC in Singapore.

The preliminary card of the event will start at 8 pm ET / 5 pm PT, and the early prelims begin at 6:15 pm ET / 3:15 pm PT. Meanwhile, the main card of UFC 275 will go underway at 10 pm ET / 7 pm PT.

Fight purses of the fighters

As per the information available on the internet, the fight purses of the UFC 275 fighters haven’t been officially announced. However, we can speculate an amount by referring to the fighter’s previous fight purse.

For her sixth title defense at UFC 266, the Kyrgyzstani fighter Valentina Shevchenko reportedly earned a sum of $392,000. She defeated her opponent via a knockout in the fourth round. However, ‘Bullet’ didn’t win any bonuses.

Meanwhile, Santos reportedly won a sum of $98,500 for her first-round submission win in November 2021., including a ‘Performance of the Night’ bonus.

The main event fighter Glover Teixeira, according to reports, won a whopping $432,000 for his second-round submission win at UFC 267. On the other hand, his challenger, Jiri Prochazka, reportedly earned a sum of $214,000 for his second-round knockout win in May 2021.
