The 34-year-old clarified as to how he did not receive the same amount of money as promised. He said, “I think a lot of people overlooked. That they say, yeah, you signed the contract. I’m like, yeah, I signed the contract because a green carrot was dangled in front of my face. That Illusion of a green carrot because, as I’ve openly stated like that, money wasn’t what I thought it was going to be, and had I known that obviously. In Hindsight 2020, I would have gladly just gone on my vacation. Took my rest, and just see what happens in the next time, so ultimately left me in a position where the better man won that night. Who was more prepared, more dialed in and more focused.”

Aljamain Sterling takes inspiration from Max Holloway before his UFC 300 fight

There are very few moments in UFC that become immortalized in the memories of the fans.
