UFC 300 is a historic event for Dana White. As such, he and the matchmakers will make sure that they line up a fight that involves two of the best fighters. Belal Muhammad is the #2-ranked welterweight fighter in the division and has been due for a title fight. Bisping, in his recent YouTube video, feels the fight will happen, as Dana White has already confirmed it.

Bisping said, “ Now the Welterweight title fight that’ going to go down next is Belal Muhammad versus Leon Edwards. That’s a fact, okay apparently Dana White confirmed that and if it doesn’t, Belal Muhammad is gonna have a fit. Okay, he will s..t the bed if he doesn’t get that next title fight. But let’s be honest, he is the next guy in line. If you look at the UFC rankings, Kamaru Usman, at number one, Belal Muhammad at number two. Then it’s number three, Shavkat Rakhmonov, okay.

‘Rocky’ put up a dominating performance against Colby Covington at UFC 296 and retained his title convincingly. Going by ranking, it seems that Belal Muhammad might just get a nod ahead of the rest in the division. With UFC 300 still waiting for a big fight, another UFC insider, Chael Sonnen, also came up with his prediction.

Sonnen on his YouTube channel said, “It’s not the end of the world, considering Jamal Hill is out and coming back with an injury. You’ve still got a 205 pattern; it’s not the end of the world with your heavyweight, considering your undisputed champion is still out there.”
