The UFC 300 main event has been finalized. Building on the success of UFC 298, Dana White seized the opportunity to announce the highly anticipated main event for UFC 300 – the return of former light heavyweight champion, Jamahal Hill. White declared that Alex Pereira would be defending his light-heavyweight title against Hill. In making this announcement, White overlooked several other fighters, including Israel Adesanya.

‘Stylebender’ took an indefinite break from fighting after losing against Sean Strickland last year, however, the former middleweight champion asserted that he would make a comeback soon. Adesanya even dropped hints about his comeback at the UFC 300 but seems like the UFC head honcho has some other plans for him. Heartbroken, Adesanya has now broken his silence on not being included at the grand event.

Israel Adesanya has some words for Dana White

Alex Pereira will now be defending his belt against Hill, however, while announcing this fight, White overlooked Israel Adesanya who was ready to take on any opponent. ‘Stylebender’ previously hinted that he would be fighting at the UFC 300 when he added a story of a poster of 300 movies with a caption that stated that he could headline the grand night.

However, the reality was something different for the former champion. Adesanya has not taken the opportunity to add his opinion on being snubbed by White. He took to his Instagram handle to add a pic of himself with a caption that said “Don’t forget this motherfu**er was ready too. Always @Stylebender” on his story.
