Magomed Ankalaev finally settled the score with Johnny Walker at UFC Vegas 84, after the lackluster no-contest back UFC 294. The Russian knocked out Walker with an emphatic knockout in round two of their 5-round main event. And now the win against Walker has put some big aspirations for the Russian Light Heavyweight.

Ankalaev was on an 8-fight winning streak before drawing against Jan Blachowicz back in UFC 282 and his no-contest against Johnny Walker at UFC 294. His impressive win against the Brazilian at UFC Vegas 84 has led him to believe that he should be up next against the newly crowned Brazilian light heavyweight champion.
