The UFC is a spectacle. The lights, the stars, and the fights all contribute to the electric atmosphere of watching two warriors go head-to-head. A unique part of that spectacle has been the ring girls, or in the UFC’s case, Octagon Girls. They’ve been part of combat sports since 1965, offering a visual break from the brutality, becoming iconic in their own right. Just like every event, the Octagon girls will also light up UFC 315 this weekend.
Belal Muhammad and Jack Della Maddalena are set to showcase their skills inside the Octagon. But this also feels like one of those battles destined to go the full five rounds. In this event, we’ll be seeing Octagon Girls— Chrissy Blair and Jhenny Andrade on screen, holding up the round placards between all the action. So, before the fighters throw down at the Bell Centre in Canada, let’s take a moment to get to know these girls a little better.

Meet Chrissy Blaire, UFC 315 ring girl
You know, it’s not just the fighters who turn into OG’s in this game. The same goes for a few Octagon Girls too. Chrissy Blair is a prime example. Soon, she became known as the ‘Beach Babe,’ in her own words, and started landing major modeling deals across Florida, Orlando, and even internationally in Milan, working with Major Model Management New York. As her reputation grew, Chrissy eventually signed on with Strikeforce. And get this, her second event featured none other than the iconic Ronda Rousey vs. Miesha Tate showdown. As she told MMA Junkie, “pretty much immediately after I came on with Strikeforce, I was super into it.”
