UFC Bantamweight Star Thanks Mike Perry for Shattering Luke Rockhold’s Teeth: “I’ve Always Wanted To…”
The entire combat sports world was thrilled to watch BKFC 41. The main reason behind the same was the headliner bout between Luke Rockhold and Mike Perry. As fans expected, the back-and-forth battle blew the roof off the 1ST Bank Center. The match divided MMA fighters into two factions. Some took the side of Rockhold, while others supported Perry.
The aggressive war between the two lasted for two rounds. It was ‘Platinum’ who was dominating the match from the opening round. As the bout progressed into the second round, Perry threw a heavy punch at Rockhold. Following the punch, the former UFC middleweight champion suffered a broken tooth. The injuries made it impossible for the 38-year-old to continue the fight. As a result, the bout turned in favor of Perry. Rockhold’s loss has made some unexpected MMA fighters happy, and one among them is UFC bantamweight star, Sean O’Malley. ‘Suga’ went on to thank Perry for winning against Rockhold.
