During the broadcast of UFC 293 from Sydney, Australia, the camera captured Sterling in the crowd, holding up a sign on his phone directed at O’Malley. O’Malley promptly responded on Twitter/X, although it may not have been the response Sterling was anticipating!

In response, Sean O’Malley swiftly posted on Twitter/X, displaying a sign that read “No,” along with the caption, “If it was close, maybe.”

O’Malley expressed that his desire for a rematch with Marlon ‘Chito’ Vera is not solely based on Vera’s impressive performance against Pedro Munhoz. Instead, he emphasized that he wants significant fights and sees Vera as the biggest potential matchup.
