UFC Commentator Joe Rogan Drops 8-Time Muay Thai Champion Liam Harrison During Sparring Session

Joe Rogan is one of the most influential figures in the MMA world, as well as the audio platform. His podcast named ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ is one of the highest viewed podcasts in the world.

Despite being a commentating figure in MMA, he also has a background in martial arts.

He was a four-time Massachusetts Taekwondo champion during his teens and early 20s. Moreover, Rogan also has experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai ranging for more than a decade.

Despite being in his 50s, Joe Rogan still has the fighting capability of a fighter in his late thirties.

The 54-year-old recently posted a sparring session video with a Muay Thai champion named Liam Harrison on his Instagram story. During that sparring session, Joe Rogan is seen dropping the 8-time Muay Thai champion.

Rogan has regular sparring and conditioning sessions to keep himself fit and healthy. He has an impressive body for a person in his mid-fifties. While most athletes rack up the pounds post-retirement, Rogan stays disciplined to keep his health and body in check.

The Joe Rogan blueprint for a healthy body is specific mainly and may not work for everyone. With that being said, Rogan’s secret to being healthy and fit to this day includes a Ketogenic diet, which is also supplemented with an intermittent fasting phase.

He also follows a bodybuilding regime that primarily includes dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and squats. He mainly focuses on Muay Thai pad work, sparring sessions, and Yoga.
