Further, as far as odds are concerned, Sean Strickland will enter the fight as the favorite.

Jack Hermansson versus Sean Strickland: The Prediction

The matchup seems like a classic wrestler versus striker. Hermansson could have a disadvantage when it comes to striking because that is exactly what Strickland is great at. Therefore, getting the fight on the ground could give Hermansson an advantage over his opponent. But that won’t be a straightforward task. After all, the American MMA fighter has a great take-down defense.

Sadly, Hermansson’s take-down accuracy is at 36% which could make things more complicated. As a result, it looks like Strickland has a lot more advantages than Hermansson. Now add to this, Strickland’s love for fighting and aggression, and fans get a smashing fight. Therefore, it looks like Strickland could win through a unanimous decision.

However, time and again, viewers have realized that anything can happen in an MMA fight; take for example Amanda Nunes and Julianna Pena‘s fight. Hence, Strickland and Hermansson’s bout looks like an extremely tough matchup that could go either way.
