Ciryl Gane vs Alexander Volkov: Analysis

Gane is one of the slickest heavyweights in the entire UFC roster. He has a certain flair about his movement. His reach supports his style of moving in and out as well. Considering this, and his opponent’s fight style, ‘Bon Gamin’ will look to use his inside leg kicks to keep Volkov at bay.

Volkov has some great finishes over some of the biggest names of the UFC’s heavyweight division. However, his opponents mostly become stationary targets by the point he guns for the finishes. With Gane, that is a slim possibility, as movement is something that ‘Bon Gamin’ relies heavily upon.

As Gane might just be too fluid for Volkov to handle, the Frenchman might just be able to outclass ‘Drago’ throughout the contest, eventually earning a decision win in his favor.
