Bothy Williams and Semelsberger have legitimate knockout prowess. Williams, however, is faster, younger, and has a reach advantage that might benefit him. Also, Williams has shown more than Semelsberger in his fights so far. Furthermore, his opponents have been tougher than that of ‘Semi The Jedi’.
