UFC Fight Night: Rodriguez vs Waterson will see a heavyweight clash between Maurice Greene and Marcos Rogerio De Lima go down in the main card.
Both fighters are coming straight off of a loss and will be determined to move up to the upper echelon of the UFC’s Heavyweight division with a win.
Greene was knocked out by Greg Hardy in his last fight. His last win was a submission against Gian Villante. He was finished by Alexey Oleynik and Sergei Pavlovich prior to that.

A UFC veteran since 2018, the 34-year-old has won 4 out of his 7 fights in the organization. He has finished 7 out of his 9 wins in the organization. 2 T/KO and 5 submissions build his resume to seem impressive.
As for the 35-year-old Brazilian, he was submitted by Alexander Romanov in his last fight in November 2020. His last win was a T/KO against Ben Sosoli in February 2020. He has won only 2 out of his last 5 fights. Stefan Struve and Ovince St- Preux have also finished him over the course of that time.
A UFC veteran since 2014, De Lima has won 6 out of his 11 fights in the organization. All of his 5 losses have come by way of submission. ‘Pezao’ has finished 15 out of his 17 fights. His tally consists of 13 T/KO and 2 submission wins.
Maurice Greene vs Marcos Rogerio De Lima: Analysis
Greene is a good contender in the heavyweight division. However, his loss to Greg Hardy might fool people into thinking otherwise as ‘Price of War’ is not a fan favorite.

As for De Lima, he is 35-years-old and it might be too much of a task for him to handle Greene. However, he can land some shots here and there and even secure takedowns on his opponent. But Greene should get past those hurdles and eventually overwhelm De Lima to earn a decision.
