UFC Fight Night Will Have One Less Fight on the Card as a Middleweight Bout Gets Scrapped

The UFC has canceled the middleweight bout between Kyle Daukaus and Roman Dolidze. So UFC Vegas 42 will go forward with one bout less on the fight card.
Earlier, Kyle Daukaus vs Roman Dolidze was set to feature on the main card of the UFC Vegas 42. The event will take place inside the UFC Apex in Las Vegas on November 13.
However, according to the reports, the promotion removed Dolidze from the fight due to COVID-19 protocols in his camp. MMA Fighting announced the news after confirming from a trusted source. Now the UFC Fight will have 11 bouts.

Subsequently, Daukaus will have no partner to dance with inside the octagon because of the limited timeline. Earlier Daukaus was scheduled for a rematch with Kevin Holland after a no contest in their first slugfest due to an accidental clash of heads.

However, Holland suffered an injury during his training and had to pull out of the fight. Meanwhile, Dolidze was all set to take on Eryk Anders, which was also pulled out from the card. Now both the men will have to wait for their next fight in the UFC.
Interestingly, the UFC Vegas 42 card reflects many amazing bouts. One which would garner a lot of attention from the fans is the featherweight bout.
Max Holloway Returns to Action at UFC Fight Night
The former UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway is one of the most prominent names in the UFC. He has an amazing professional fighting record of 22-6 under his name. He is a skilled finisher with ten knockout wins and two submissions under his name.
‘Blessed’ is fresh from his recent win against Calvin Kattar and will return to action to headline the UFC Vegas 42 this weekend. He will take on the #4 in the featherweight division Yair Rodriguez inside the cage.
