UFC Fighter Darren Till and Others React to Viral Video of an Old Monk

There is something new that has fascinated the MMA community. Something unusual. MMA reporter Alex Behunin recently shared the video of a reportedly 109-year-old monk who looked weak and extremely thin. Viewers also saw the monk interacting with a little girl. Several people further shared the video, and this included a UFC fighter as well.

Darren Till shared the video and was quite shocked.

Popular MMA journalist Helen Yee reacted to the video Behunin shared. As per her reply, she was eating BBQ while watching it.

Further, Al Zullino too shared the short clip penning his own perspective.

Many Twitter users cracked jokes after watching the video.

However, a few people were not happy with others cracking jokes. Hence, they made their unhappiness clear. Many others were just utterly amazed by the video.

Several MMA fans related the video to the fighter’s weight cut issue.

The promotion is currently gearing up for their upcoming UFC 273. The event will witness two title fights. Alexander Volkanovski and Chan Sung Jung will clash for the featherweight title. Their fight will be the main event.

Similarly, Aljamain Sterling and Petr Yan will fight for the bantamweight title. They have been having a bitter feud since their initial fight. During their last fight, ‘No Mercy’ got disqualified for using an illegal knee. Sterling, thus, became the champion. Hence, watching them fight once again will give both the fighters an opportunity to redeem themselves.

In addition to this, welterweights Khamzat Chimaev and Gilbert Burns will fight too. UFC 273 will see Chimaev’s first highly ranked opponent. Seeing his performance against a number two-ranked opponent would surely be interesting.
