UFC heavyweight Walt Harris took to social media and fired out a hilarious call-out to Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Harris is well known for his affable personality and fans have come to enjoy his rather quaint sense of humor. Chiefly, Harris has a fight booked for June 5 in Las Vegas, but from the looks of things, he’s keen for a change of location.

Walt Harris is slated to take on Marcin Tybura who accrued four straight victories in 2020. On the other hand, Harris is on a two-fight skid and possibly believes that a location change is just what he needs to turn things around. He hasn’t had the easiest go around in his personal and professional life and will be looking to get back on track.

Walt Harris: An Overview

‘The Big Ticket’ is a company veteran and has been actively competing in the UFC since 2013. He was defeated by Jared Rosholt on ‘The Ultimate Fighter 18’ Finale and bounced around promotions. However, since April 2016, he’s been a staple fixture of the UFC’s heavyweight division.

The 13-9 veteran has had mixed success under the bright lights of the cage and has failed to capture momentum. Harris has faced tough opposition in the likes of former champion Fabricio Werdum, but couldn’t get past the Brazilian. In saying that, the Alabama native has several statement KO/TKO wins, and he’s a proven threat.

The 37-year-old is ranked number 8 in the division currently and is still very much in the title mix. He’ll be looking to secure a couple of clear-cut stoppage wins in the cage to potentially move closer to gold. As it stands, the UFC’s heavyweight division is rather top-heavy and is in need of some fresh blood in the mix.

Newly minted champion Francis Ngannou is open to all comers and plans on keeping an active schedule. Walt Harris will have to stamp his dominance in his next fight, and Tybura is the man to do it against. Moreover, a win over ‘Tybur’ will play out favorably as he’s on an absolute tear currently.
